Taft – Elena Madison Grace Salinas infant daughter of Kaytlynn Benivamonde and Raymond Salinas passed away April 22, 2024.

Elena Madison was born on January 7, 2024 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She will be missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather: Jacob Benivamonde; paternal grandfather: Robert N. West, Jr.

Survivors include her parents: Kaytlynn Benivamonde and Raymond Salinas from Taft, Texas; brothers: Robert Salinas and Anakin Soto both from Taft, Texas, Samuel Hernandez from Corpus Christi, Texas and Jake Gonzales from Sinton, Texas; paternal grandmother: Juanita Martinez West (Albert Garza) from Humble, Texas; maternal grandmother: Laura Mendez (Rufino Sauceda) from Taft, Texas; maternal great grandparents: Jesus and Carmen Mendez from Taft, Texas; paternal great grandmother: Herlinda Silvas; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will begin Monday, April 29, 2024, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, Sinton. A Holy Rosary will be recited the same evening, 7:00 PM at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Taft. Burial will follow in Palms Memorial Garden Cemetery, Portland.
